Welcome to iBeor! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iBeor Dating App ("App") and any related services provided by iBeor, Inc. ("iBeor," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting User Content, you grant iBeor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App and iBeor's business operations.

  6.2 iBeor’s Content

    All content and materials provided by iBeor, including logos, graphics, and text, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of iBeor or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of iBeor’s content without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

  Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

8. Fees and Payments

  The App may offer paid features or subscription services. If you choose to purchase any such features or services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as described in the App. All payments will be processed through secure payment gateways.

9. Termination

  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that may harm the App or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. iBeor does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

  10.2 No Responsibility for User Content

    iBeor is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of User Content or any interactions between users. We do not endorse any user or user-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, iBeor and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify and hold iBeor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

  These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

  Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Irving, Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Irving, Texas for the enforcement of any arbitration award.

15. Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iBeor regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter of these Terms.
